The Role

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Keep Life & Business Organized

Run the calendar across multiple businesses
Prioritize what matters vs what feels urgent
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Be the Filter + Communicator

Manage inbox, texts, and follow-ups
Draft messages, coordinate conversations
Keep leads, partners, and clients moving

→

Drive Execution

Track projects (real estate, consulting, content, development)
Follow up on tasks until they're DONE
Make sure ideas don't die in notes

Support Real Estate Deals

Help coordinate showings, inspections, closings
Keep timelines tight and organized
Assist with client communication and tracking

Help Build the Brand

Assist with content rollout (social, newsletter, video)
Coordinate with videographers/editors
Keep content consistent and on schedule

Help Run Events + Community

Workshops, networking events, HOA events
Vendor coordination, logistics, communication

Improve Systems

Spot inefficiencies
Help build better workflows
Keep everything cleaner, simpler, faster

Compensation

What You Earn

Part-Time (Entry Track)

$20–$28/hr

Full-Time

$45K–$65Kbase

+ performance bonuses tied to growth & execution
